Brief Biographical Sketch:

Hello there!

I am ChloƩ, a French 29 year-old working at Stanford doing research in developmental biology and genetics.

I am interested in science, space, hiking, music, meditation and yoga. I try to keep a balance between my work and my other passions!

I am also very interested in the popularization of science and scientific outreach, and I have been part of many student organizations working toward that purpose.

W5455: Why study flies, worms and fish? in Splash Fall 2016 (Dec. 03 - 04, 2016)
Studying how a cell works, how a brain works, how we make sperms and eggs, how we move and breath is exciting. But studying all these processes directly on humans is challenging if not impossible. Numerous "model organisms" are studied, each bringing their own answers. In this walk-in, you will observe worms, fish and flies from embryo to adulthood to understand how each organism can bring us closer to understand how life works.
