ESP Biography

Brief Biographical Sketch:

My educational background includes a B.S. in Community Development/ Public Administration from Central Michigan University, a M.A. in Strategic Communications and Leadership from Seton Hall University, a M.A. in Human Development from Fielding Graduate University, and I am a current Ph.D. student in Human and Organizational Development at Fielding Graduate University. I have been a speaker and teacher in some capacity for over 8 years. I worked in the media as a radio Talk Show Host and News Director, as a Host & Producer for several television productions, and as a freelance journalist. Eventually I left the media world for the corporate world. I started my own business and after a year I chose to join the Institute for Management Studies (IMS). As the former Managing Director of Communication at IMS, and now as the Vice President of Administration, my work encompasses strategic planning, multi-site operations, leading corporate employees, event coordination, in-house marketing & public relations, team building, organization development, public speaking, and human resources. I also voluntarily teach Drama at a local school for the "profoundly gifted" and I have taught art classes for children and adults of all ages. I run workshops on generational differences in communication, public speaking & presentation skills, creativity, creative marketing & PR, diversity of thought, and corporate communication.
