Brief Biographical Sketch:

After taking lots of science and math in high school, Anthony earned his B.S. degree from the U (University of Miami, FL) in chemistry/marine sciences. Within four years, he earned his PhD. in organic chemistry with a focus on organic electronic materials. In an effort to enhance his career and learn new skills, Anthony joined the Zhenan Bao research group as the Dreyfus Postdoctoral Fellow in Environmental Science. For the last two years he has been designing and implementing materials for solar energy, electronic skin, and the first organic biochemical detection device in sea water. Anthony enjoys cooking with friends and family, driving on mountainous back roads, finding new adventures, and living life to its fullest.
