Brief Biographical Sketch:

My name is Chris Peisch and I am a Stanford Junior majoring in symbolic systems with a concentration in Human Computer Interaction and minoring in English. I am from Connecticut and I play on the Stanford Men's squash team. I am interested in education and I am very excited to be a part of the SPLASH program in 2019.

L7261: How to Win Friends and Influence People in Splash Spring 2019 (May. 04 - 05, 2019)
I will be teaching the lessons from Dale Carnegie's famous book "How to Win Friends and Influence People." The book is a guide of advice on how to behave and interact with other people in order to make people like you. The book is split into four sections "Techniques for Handling People," "Six ways to make people like you," "Win people to your way of thinking," and "Be a Leader: How to Change People Without Giving Offense or Arousing Resentment"
