Brief Biographical Sketch:

Danielle was first interested in the relationship between sustainable agriculture and the effects on community health. After working as a soil ecologist lab technician and a behavioral therapist for pediatric populations in the Bay Area, she realized that she was most interested in how local and national cultures can promote or undermine health.

This interactive seminar will reveal the most recent research findings about things that unconsciously influence your eating habits as well as what the consequences are for both your mind and your body.
