Brief Biographical Sketch:

Hello there! I'm Katie, a current undergraduate studying Biology and English.

My (various) academic interests include synthetic biology, genomics, narrative theory, and Victorian literature. As an undergrad, I've swum on Stanford's Varsity Synchronized Swimming Team, conducted molecular and synthetic biology research, started Topiary (a Stanford journal for literature & the arts, online @thetopiary.org), and studied abroad in the UK.
