Brief Biographical Sketch:

I was born in Medellin, Colombia and came to the United States when I was 12. I lived in Miami, FL and then went to college at Johns Hopkins where I studied neuroscience. I loved neuroscience and learning how the brain works and for this reason I did some research to understand how the brain develops.

I also love music and latin dancing and cultures in general! I speak Spanish, French, a bit of Italian, Mandarin, and Hebrew.

I thought it would be nice to combine my passion for cultures and dancing with my passion for understanding the brain to teach you some of the things our brain and body have to do in order to accomplish something as simple as dancing! Hope you enjoy the class!
