Picture of Nancy Chang

Brief Biographical Sketch:

An aspiring farmer and yodeler, Nancy comes from Elk Grove, CA. She studies Earth Systems with a focus on Sustainable Ag and Food and a minor in Human Biology.

Nancy's motivation for teaching "Deep Listening" is based in her belief that understanding the "other" and having rational, open discussions can break down political polarization and make up the foundation for united, civil communities. On a personal level, when Nancy first began to listen more intently to herself and to others, she found that much of her anger and frustration was unfounded or misplaced. Through this arose swellings of peace. She hopes that in your own search you find and make peace each day.
